TO WEAR OR NOT TO WEAR

As we move closer to Winter the weather continues in it confusion on weather it wants to give us Sunny or Cold/Windy days, so these days a jacket is a must have as u move around as this change pretty fast....

Here is a look I designed to work both with or without the jacket.
