Trying to rock the many bangles trend.

Today was a lovely sunny day but the weather seems to be desert hot, had to rock this short top to get the wind in it but need to rock the pants to stay decent for my errands of the day. I call this dressed down but according to my colleagues no one is dressed down with wedges on. I DISAGREE. Wedges are the best way to dress down and still remain tall. Whats dressed down to them? Sneakers or slippers? Nope not for this gal unless they have some cute sandals or flats to offer. What do you think?
